How do I refer someone?

Please introduce Accomango to your referred friend before connecting him/her with us.

You can claim the bonus if all of the following conditions are met

• We hire your referral as a regular/contract full-time employee, and they are still at Accomango 3 months after their start date.
• You are still an active employee/contractor when you claim your bonus.
• The person you referred is a friend, your ex-colleague, etc. (not just a random person from LinkedIn 😜) and you introduced him/her to Accomango ****directly.

Claiming the referral bonus

Assuming we hired your referral for a full-time position, you can claim your bonus once they have been at Accomango for 3 months.

If you are a full-time employee, you will receive your bonus as part of your next salary. If you are a full-time contractor, please add the bonus to your next invoice.
