Well, we are in a startup, right? And so as we do not have any super strict rules about almost anything, we do not have any strict rules about the working time either. That being said – working at Accomango is not "a standard" 9 to 5 job.

Each role is different, each team is different, and based on that, the results you need to deliver are different. As it is mentioned many times across this team handbook – we believe in ownership and proactivity. If you have done everything important on a specific day, we do not force you to work 8 hours and stay longer in the office when it is not necessary. On the other side, there might be challenging and demanding times and days when you will work a bit more.

The important thing is to always sync the expectations about your working hours with your manager.

In general, we definitely support flexibility and believe that you know yourself the best and so you know the best time when you are productive. And if you need to run some errands during the day, want to go to the gym, or just take a walk and work rather a bit later in the evening, it is all completely fine as long as you deliver what is expected. 🙏
